The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its innovative social enterprise initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, programs, and operations of the organization in Vietnam, ensuring that the mission to prepare disadvantaged youth for careers in hospitality is upheld. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive training program, maintaining service and operating standards, and managing a team of over 50 local staff. The Executive Director will also be involved in fundraising, marketing, and community outreach, and must be prepared to work closely with the Founder and Chair to maintain the organization's established standards.
