The Lead Credit Officer will also be involved in credit structuring, legal document negotiations, and will be the point person for amendments and waivers. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit risk, and portfolio management, with a strong knowledge of asset-based lending financing. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a degree in accounting or finance is preferred. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives, and cash management products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also a necessary qualification.
