Vice President, Hospital Operations & Growth Strategy Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Hospital Operations and Growth Strategy to help oversee hospital operations and advance growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and operational integration. The role partners with executive leadership on long-term strategy, evaluates potential healthcare acquisitions, and contributes to board presentations and executive decisions. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, quality, patient satisfaction, financial results, and regulatory compliance across multiple hospitals. The Vice President will also support due diligence and integration planning, develop relationships with physicians and community stakeholders, identify service-line opportunities, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, along with 7–10 years of healthcare leadership experience. Strong financial analysis skills and demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment are required, as are excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills. Experience with multi-site healthcare operations, rural or community hospitals, acquisitions, integration, or turnarounds is preferred. An MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree is also preferred, as is experience working with boards and lenders; senior executive experience is a strong advantage.
