The Company is seeking a VP, Operations to play a pivotal role in the optimization, scaling, and evolution of its global C-Level Communities. This executive will be a strategic partner to the GVP, GCC Leadership Team, and key internal stakeholders, driving organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and the execution of business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing operational gaps, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and leading strategic initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives. Key competencies for this role include exceptional communication, project management, and a solution-oriented, collaborative approach. Candidates for the VP, Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 12-15+ years of progressive business experience, with a strong background in business leadership, strategic planning, and operational management. The role requires a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive complex initiatives, and lead change management efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have a high sense of urgency, and be naturally solution-oriented. They must also possess strong commercial business acumen, and the ability to devise and present effective solutions, and be committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
