Fractional Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to lead its legal function within the agribusiness and food production sector. The role oversees corporate and commercial legal matters, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, governance, and risk management. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders on legal risks and regulatory changes, drafting and negotiating supply chain and commercial agreements, and developing policies that support ethical conduct and compliance. The Head of Legal will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead internal legal training, manage external counsel and government relationships, and provide legal support for strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Candidates should have extensive legal experience in agribusiness, food manufacturing, or food production, including senior-level counsel experience in a large or multinational organization. Strong knowledge of Philippine law and international regulations relevant to food production and distribution is required. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in complex contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and engagement with government agencies and external counsel.
