The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Digital Solutions and Transformation to shape digital projects from initial diagnosis through solution proposals and deployment. The role involves identifying opportunities for new capabilities, defining project vision and requirements with business stakeholders, and collaborating across teams to deliver solutions and communicate their business value. Responsibilities include overseeing project governance and reporting, advising on transformation roadmaps for new pursuits, and presenting solutions to prospective and existing clients. The role also contributes to showcase materials and thought leadership while staying informed about emerging technologies and operating practices. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline and at least 15 years of experience. A consultative, creative approach to solving business challenges and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders are essential. Applicants should be able to integrate capabilities such as automation, process simulation, re-engineering, domain expertise, and analytics into digital solutions. Familiarity with emerging technologies, including robotic automation, machine learning, mobility, artificial intelligence, and dynamic analytics, is also required.
