Assistant Vice President, Technology Infrastructure & Applications Observability

The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President to spearhead its Technology Infrastructure and Applications Observability Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team that encompasses Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Engineering, and Client Engagement. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and application monitoring, log and trace analytics, AIOps, and SRE automation. The AVP will be tasked with driving the roadmap for next-gen observability, collaborating with various teams to align observability strategies with business outcomes, and ensuring the team's operations meet key KPIs and SLAs. Applicants for the AVP position should have a solid foundation in technology infrastructure, application architecture, and modern observability stacks. Technical expertise in tools and technologies such as ITSM, network NMS, observability platforms, and experience with AI for observability and AIOps is essential. The role also requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills. A data-driven mindset, experience in creating business cases, and a focus on delivering measurable improvements for clients are key qualifications. Certifications in SRE, ITIL, or observability tools, as well as exposure to data science, AI/ML models, or advanced analytics projects, are preferred.
