Head of Operations, International Recruitment & Deployment

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead international recruitment and worker deployment from confirmed employer requirements through arrival and post-arrival support. Responsibilities include planning delivery timelines and staffing, verifying candidate eligibility and documentation, coordinating interviews, visas, work permits, travel, and pre-departure orientation, and tracking workers through handover. The role also oversees compliance, worker welfare, post-arrival issue resolution, and relationships with service providers and overseas representatives. The successful candidate will build and lead an operations team, establish processes and tracking systems, and provide regular performance reporting. Candidates should have at least eight years of overseas recruitment or deployment operations experience, including three or more years leading a team, and have personally managed the full deployment cycle for bulk blue-collar or semi-skilled workforces. Working knowledge of Indian emigration requirements and European work-permit processes is required, along with experience developing teams, trackers, and standard operating procedures. Strong Hindi and English are essential; Punjabi is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while postgraduate study in operations or human resources is beneficial but not required.
