Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth, maintaining its competitive edge, and overseeing all operational aspects of the business. The VP will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, client relationship management, financial management, technology and innovation, human resources and talent management, compliance and risk management, performance monitoring, and business continuity. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include collaborating with the executive team to translate strategic goals into operational plans, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing operational budgets, and driving the adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the BPO industry, be adept at managing and optimizing resources, and have a strong focus on compliance, risk management, and performance monitoring.
