Head of Recruitment, Candidate Acquisition & Sourcing Network

The Company is seeking a Head of Candidate Acquisition and Sourcing Network to lead overseas manpower sourcing across India and build reliable networks to meet bulk hiring needs within defined timelines. Responsibilities include developing sourcing plans, mapping labor markets and wage expectations, and managing sourcing channels such as training centers, contractors, and referrals. The role also oversees candidate screening, engagement, interview attendance, database and reporting processes, and sourcing partner performance. The successful candidate will build future talent pipelines and hire, train, and lead the sourcing team. Applicants should have at least eight years of experience in overseas manpower sourcing for international recruitment, including a proven record of handling bulk requirements of 50–300 or more workers. Strong multi-state sourcing networks, team leadership, candidate engagement, negotiation, and funnel-planning skills are required. Candidates should be proficient with spreadsheets, CRM systems, databases, and management reporting, and have strong Hindi and working English; additional regional languages are an advantage. High integrity and a commitment to ethical recruitment practices are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while a postgraduate business or management qualification is an advantage.
