Head of People & Organization / HR

The Company is seeking a hands-on Head of People & Organization / HR to partner with business leadership and build a scalable people framework for a growing organization. Responsibilities include assessing leadership capabilities, strengthening the senior team, and driving organization design, role clarity, reporting structures, and succession planning. The role will establish performance management systems, leadership scorecards, and talent review processes, while coaching managers on people decisions and accountability. It will also lead senior hiring and strengthen HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, engagement, retention, and compliance. Candidates should bring broad HR leadership experience across multiple functions, with proven expertise in organization design, performance management, and talent development. Experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, or other business leaders is required. Exposure to high-growth, founder-led businesses in consumer-facing or manufacturing sectors is valuable. The ideal candidate combines a hands-on approach and people empathy with strong accountability and execution.
