The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Project Management in the Middleware Technology vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing integration projects, with a focus on SOA, OSB, Webservices, Java, Microservices (Spring Boot Framework), and API technologies. This role demands a deep expertise in these areas to ensure the seamless delivery of IT solutions that meet the evolving business needs. The AVP will be accountable for driving end-to-end project delivery, applying technical knowledge to design scalable solutions, and defining IT processes for cross-platform project delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to build and nurture relationships with internal business users and manage stakeholders effectively. Applicants for the AVP position should have a B.E, B.Tech, MBA (Systems), or MCA degree, with a preference for those with a background in banking and financial services. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in SOA, OSB, Webservices, Java, Microservices, and API technologies, and experience in leading vendor/partner teams. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, be adept at anticipating risks, and be proactive in identifying innovative opportunities to enhance the integration strategy. The ability to communicate effectively, both in documentation and presentations, and to stay current with digital trends is also critical.
