Associate Vice President, Oracle EPM Support & Development Greater Najafgarh, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Oracle EPM Support and Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and development of functional requirements for the Oracle EPM application suite, with a focus on optimizing financial close, consolidation, and planning processes. This role involves writing business rules, maintaining multidimensional Essbase cubes, and preparing key deliverables such as requirements and design documents. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in HFM and FDMEE, with expertise in Smart View and Hyperion Financial Reports, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office. Experience in system support and maintenance, financial consolidation, and reporting, as well as a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, are essential. Key responsibilities for this role include translating EPM business requirements into system design, undertaking impact assessments, and completing functional test cases. The role also requires the ability to work autonomously, support testing activities, and ensure high-quality delivery of changes. The candidate should be a strong team player, capable of providing knowledge transfer to team members and training end users. Desirable skills include hands-on experience with tools like FDMEE, ODI, and proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing HFM calculation rules.
