Deputy Vice President, NFTE Training Lead, Banca & Collections Greater Najafgarh, India Area

The Company is seeking a Deputy Vice President, NFTE Training Lead for Banca and Collections. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely planning and execution of all identified training needs at a national level for Banca Sales and Collections NFTEs. This role requires a focus on productivity management, the ability to analyze data to identify training-related gaps, and the formulation and execution of a training team development plan. The Deputy Vice President will also be accountable for creating and executing robust training mechanisms, managing the life cycle of NFTE and FTE team members, and ensuring the application of appropriate training theories and approaches. Collaboration with key stakeholders to identify current and future training needs and the management of sales orientation programs are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record in a training supervisory position, with experience in designing and implementing training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and productivity. The role demands high-impact communication, stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to plan and organize effectively. A graduate or MBA in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates from the FSI, banking, or related industries. The Deputy Vice President will be expected to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, training SOPs, and business SLAs, as well as to lead the implementation of remediation measures from audits and develop a robust succession plan for critical positions within the team.
