This includes the development of scalable data, content, and knowledge pipelines for conversational AI, AI agents, and other intelligent services. The role involves working across the entire data and knowledge processing lifecycle, from ingestion to AI consumption, and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the security, governance, and trust of data and knowledge assets. Applicants for this role should have a strong background in data engineering, software engineering, and cloud-native technologies, with a focus on building scalable solutions for both structured and unstructured data. Essential skills include proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with AWS cloud services, and a solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals.
