The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations as the organization transitions to manufacturing at scale. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, leadership, and the Board, and will be responsible for a wide range of financial functions, including FP&A, accounting, business operations, product finance, and treasury. This role is pivotal in turning the company into a financially robust entity with clear unit economics, disciplined capital allocation, and audit-ready controls. The VP of Finance will also be involved in fundraising, investor relations, and will oversee the design and maintenance of financial controls and systems. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, and cash management, particularly in a hardware or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in product finance, including BOM management, cost accounting, and margin analysis, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in building and owning integrated financial models, as well as direct oversight of an accounting function with a strong command of U.S. GAAP. Clear communication skills, a quantitative degree, and a background in a high-growth company are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in complex hardware manufacturing, in-house production, direct-to-consumer business models, and a background in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
