Vice President of Real Estate Development & Asset Management

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Real Estate Development and Asset Management to take on a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire real estate lifecycle, from the initial stages of sourcing and acquisition to the complex processes of financing, construction, and long-term portfolio performance. This includes overseeing the development and asset management teams, ensuring the effective use of resources, and maintaining a focus on the organization's mission of providing affordable housing. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a proven track record in affordable housing development and finance, with a strong understanding of various funding sources, including LIHTC and other public and private options. The role requires the ability to assess and manage portfolio performance, capital needs, and opportunities for refinancing, recapitalization, and preservation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of leading the teams in a way that aligns with the organization's goals and values. This is an in-person, leadership role based in Denver, with a requirement for regular travel throughout Colorado.
