Fractional Associate Vice President, Enterprise Chief Architect

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Enterprise Chief Architect to guide technology and business direction for existing and new architecture across the organization. The role leads and develops a team of architects, ensuring architectural alignment and helping resolve complex challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, data, artificial intelligence, and security teams, while also engaging stakeholders and business leaders. This position combines hands-on problem-solving with strategic guidance and stakeholder leadership. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience leading architecture or technical teams, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be confident presenting ideas and leading discussions with stakeholders, and able to collaborate across technical disciplines. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new approaches are important. A bachelor’s or master’s degree and experience in financial services or another regulated industry are preferred.
