The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the Enterprise CMO and clinical leadership team to translate clinical priorities into clear decisions and disciplined execution. This role involves managing the operating rhythm for the Office of the CMO, preparing decision-ready materials, and coordinating work across clinical and functional teams. The Chief of Staff will also be tasked with maintaining a focused enterprise clinical agenda, helping to sequence priorities, and preparing planning materials that connect clinical priorities to operating and financial decisions. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, operations, clinical transformation, management consulting, or a comparable role. The role requires demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional work, exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and a strong command of performance management, governance, and healthcare economics. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted thought partner to the CMO, support urgent clinical or operating work, and lead and develop the Office of the CMO resources. Experience in value-based care, physician-group operations, home-based care, Medicare, or complex-population management is also preferred.
