The Company is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to lead the translation of its clinical strategy into a scalable home-based care model. The successful candidate will be a physician leader responsible for designing and implementing practical workflows, team roles, education, and quality improvement routines to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves close partnership with the SVP of Population Health, field clinical leaders, and various other departments to continuously improve the care model. The Chief Clinical Officer will also be involved in the design of population health programs, setting interdisciplinary practice expectations, and co-designing clinical workflows with a focus on technology and decision support. Applicants must have an MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license, and current board certification in a relevant medical specialty. A minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in building and operating interdisciplinary care models is required, along with a strong understanding of complex Medicare populations and value-based care economics. The ideal candidate will have a background in home-based care, complex primary care, geriatrics, palliative care, or community health, and formal training in quality improvement, implementation science, clinical informatics, public health, or healthcare administration. Experience in technology-enabled care delivery and clinical product development is also preferred. The Chief Clinical Officer will be expected to have a proven track record of leading across professional boundaries and a commitment to the values of the organization.
