The Company is in need of a Head of Quality Assurance to take on a pivotal role in leading and managing all quality assurance activities for major projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Project Quality Management Systems, ensuring that quality requirements are integrated into all relevant documentation and contracts. This role involves leading quality audit programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing compliance with international standards. The Head of Quality Assurance will also be tasked with coaching and mentoring quality personnel, as well as promoting quality awareness across project teams. Applicants for the Head of Quality Assurance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, with a preference for additional quality auditor or lead auditor certification, and qualifications in Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or equivalent quality improvement methodologies. A minimum of 10 years' of quality experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 2 years' in a supervisory or management capacity, is required. The role demands a strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing and fabrication processes, and project management systems, as well as a deep understanding of industry standards such as ISO, API, ASTM, and ASME. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and be fluent in English with a high level of computer literacy.
