Chief Operating & Transformation Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating & Transformation Officer with a strong background in technology-led transformation within regulated banking or financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing and digitalizing systems and processes, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience. This role is pivotal in fostering innovation and establishing a technology and outsourcing model that aligns with the regulatory boundaries of the financial services sector. The Chief Operating & Transformation Officer will also be expected to have a proven track record in leading complex, third-party-delivered programs, and to possess strong knowledge of cloud technology, data governance, enterprise architecture, and operational resilience. Applicants for the Chief Operating & Transformation Officer position at the company should have senior leadership experience in a relevant field and the ability to engage with the Board, providing clear and candid reporting on program progress, risks, and delivery. The role is not for a glorified IT director but is a key position that is board-reportable. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and credibility to operate at this level and will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of digital and operational transformation. While not mandatory, being an Isle of Man resident or willing to relocate is a requirement for this role.
