Divisional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Divisional CFO to join its senior leadership team. This senior role is pivotal in driving the financial performance of a significant division within the group, with a strong focus on commercial and strategic responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the divisional leadership team, influencing the direction of the division, and leading efforts to improve performance and profitability. The role involves acting as a financial and commercial leader, with a particular emphasis on revenue, profitability, cash generation, and return on investment. The Divisional CFO will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management, and will work closely with operational and commercial leaders to support decision-making. Applicants for the Divisional CFO position should be qualified accountants with significant post-qualification experience, and have a background that includes roles such as Head of Finance, Divisional/Regional Finance Director, or equivalent. Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience is essential, and a background in manufacturing, industrial, or operationally intensive environments is particularly relevant. The role requires a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in managing and developing finance teams. Experience in business transformation, integration, M&A, or significant organizational change is advantageous.
