Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership for integrated facilities management services at a prominent site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large, diverse team and external subcontractors, ensuring the delivery of hard and soft FM, security, catering, cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance, and workplace services within contractual requirements. This role demands a proactive, decisive, and results-oriented approach, with a focus on fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with driving efficiency initiatives, cost savings, and sustainability projects, as well as leading transformation projects to ensure smooth mobilization and business continuity. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' senior management experience in facilities management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting, is essential, as is experience in overseeing operations in a manufacturing or GMP-sensitive setting. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
