Head of Site Deployment & Construction, Mobile Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Head of Site Deployment and Construction to lead the development, construction, expansion, and modernization of mobile telecommunications sites. Responsibilities include managing projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery against schedule, quality, cost, and rollout targets, and identifying project risks. The role also oversees resource and capacity planning, coordinates external construction and planning partners, and drives improvements to deployment processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership. Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification, along with substantial leadership experience in mast construction or mobile communications infrastructure. Practical experience delivering new telecommunications sites and managing large construction or rollout programs is required. Applicants should also bring experience leading distributed teams and external partners, as well as strong budget, resource, and capacity management skills. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with fluency in German and English.
