Dean, School of Trades, Apprenticeship & Industrial Training

The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic and collaborative leadership for its School of Trades, Apprenticeship and Industrial Training. Responsibilities include leading faculty and staff, managing the school’s budget, and coordinating campus, community-based, and distance learning delivery. The role also involves fostering an inclusive, culturally respectful environment, setting priorities amid competing demands, and guiding organizational change and program development. Candidates should bring senior academic or educational leadership experience, strong management and budgeting capabilities, and the ability to lead teams and complex programs across multiple locations and delivery formats. They should be skilled in strategic planning, collaboration, change management, and maintaining academic program excellence.
