Dean, School of Health & Human Services

The Company is seeking a Dean to provide academic leadership and collaborative management for its School of Health and Human Services, maintaining academic excellence and integrity while ensuring programs meet community needs. The Dean will oversee programs and support campus, community-based, and distance delivery, while building partnerships that help learners progress to further study or meaningful employment. The role includes leading faculty and administrative staff, managing the school’s budget, and fostering research, scholarship in teaching and learning, and effective change management. The Dean will also promote a respectful, culturally responsive environment and strengthen academic partnerships and credible programming that supports workforce and community needs. Candidates should bring senior academic leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and programs, and build effective partnerships.
