Vice President, General Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President, General Manager to lead store performance and develop effective store leadership. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, strengthening the selling and service culture, and ensuring operational excellence against key performance measures. The role also involves building and developing diverse leadership teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, and identifying talent and succession needs. In partnership with senior leaders, the Vice President will help shape organizational goals and strategies. Candidates should have a four-year degree or equivalent experience and at least 15 years of relevant management experience in retail or roles of increasing responsibility and scale. The position calls for strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with proven skills in team leadership, coaching, and talent development. Successful candidates will be collaborative, customer-focused, adaptable, and effective at building trust and inspiring others. The role also requires the ability to travel as needed.
