Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance for its European business. The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with a strong commercial acumen, responsible for the financial leadership, business performance, and governance of the European finance organization. This role demands a strategic partner who can shape regional strategy, drive investment decisions, and ensure that financial priorities align with the company's objectives. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, as well as building and developing a high-performing finance team across multiple European locations. Applicants must be qualified accountants with a professional finance qualification and a degree in a related discipline. The role requires significant senior finance leadership experience in a multinational manufacturing or operationally complex environment, with a proven track record of leading finance operations across multiple European countries. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial judgment, a deep understanding of financial management within an operational business, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in business improvement, organizational change, and finance transformation is essential, as is a strong awareness of governance, controls, and regulatory requirements in a multi-entity environment. The Head of Finance will be expected to travel within Europe as necessary and must be adept at building a finance organization that can support the company's growth and evolution.
