Vice President of Corrections

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corrections to lead its community corrections programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all programs comply with the relevant policies and procedures, including those of the Department of Corrections, Bureau of Prisons, and grant contractual obligations. This role involves direct supervision of program staff, budget preparation, community engagement, and regular monitoring of program services. The Vice President of Corrections will also be involved in strategic planning, staff training, and will act as a liaison with various stakeholders, including the Community Corrections Board and local agencies. Applicants for the Vice President of Corrections position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science program, criminal justice, or a related field, with at least 3 years' work experience in a related field. Alternatively, an Associate degree with at least 5 years' progressive related human services work experience, including 2 years in a director or assistant director role, and at least 4 years' of supervisory experience in human services or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in human services, particularly in a correctional or community setting, and a proven track record of effective leadership and management. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, solutions-based leader, and demonstrate a commitment to the values of servant leadership.
