The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its Third Party Program Management Global Operations and EMEA Governance. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the firm's third-party risk management framework, with a focus on operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and governance. This senior leadership role involves global oversight of TPPM operations, including the management of a global team, and the definition and evolution of the operating model. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary EMEA governance lead, ensuring that the firm meets all regulatory requirements and policies across EMEA jurisdictions. Applicants must have a significant background in third-party risk management, outsourcing governance, operational resilience, or operational risk within a large, regulated financial institution. Essential skills include a strong understanding of the regulatory environment, experience in engaging with financial services regulators, and the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proven track record in leading global teams and driving strategic initiatives. A background in a Global Systemically Important Bank or similarly regulated financial institution is preferred, along with knowledge of global outsourcing and third-party risk management requirements.
