Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its end-to-end operational function. This pivotal role is focused on managing a complex, high-volume operation and building the necessary structure, processes, and capabilities to support the business's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock, goods-in/out, picking, packing, production, customer service, and online order fulfillment. Key tasks include optimizing the operation to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of a significant number of daily customer orders, implementing and enforcing operational discipline, and leading change to improve the overall functionality of the business. The ideal candidate for the Head of Operations role at the company will have a background in leading operations within FMCG, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume environments. Experience in managing multi-functional operational teams, high-volume order fulfillment, and e-commerce operations is essential. The role requires a leader who can challenge existing processes, implement new systems and technologies, and drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs. The Head of Operations will also be expected to work closely with commercial, customer service, and senior leadership teams to ensure that operational capabilities align with customer demand and business growth. A strong focus on stock and inventory management, production and fulfillment performance, and the ability to build a scalable operational infrastructure are also key attributes for the ideal candidate.
