The ideal Executive Director will be a proactive leader who is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, understands the financial aspects of the business, and is dedicated to continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director at the company include community performance, resident and family experience, financial and occupancy performance, people leadership and accountability, compliance, safety, and risk management, as well as community presence and partnership. The role demands a leader who can create an environment of trust, where problems are addressed promptly, and where the operation is actively managed to ensure it becomes stronger over time. The perfect fit for this position is a leader with 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant field, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and the ability to build productive relationships with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline are highly preferred.
