The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and a talented senior leadership team to guide strategic planning, cultivate an inclusive and accountable culture, and strengthen the organization's infrastructure and sustainability. The ideal Executive Director for the company will have a background in public defense or a related field, with a focus on holistic defense and client-centered advocacy.
