Vice President, Americas Technology & Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Americas Technology & Transformation to lead the configuration, development, deployment, and operational support of enterprise business applications. The role oversees teams delivering business-prioritized solutions and features, and drives ERP consolidation and rationalization while simplifying technology architecture and business processes. Responsibilities include directing system development and selection, managing technical debt, advising business executives, and serving as the accountable lead for complex enterprise projects from planning through delivery. The Vice President will also shape strategic plans, promote efficient business processes, and build the future leadership bench and operating model for enterprise applications and transformation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The role requires at least 15 years of information technology experience and seven years of senior leadership experience across multiple functions or in executive roles. Experience with ERP transformation and consolidation, global strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams is preferred. Applicants should bring strong strategic and financial acumen, including P&L proficiency, along with expertise in technology and program management, executive communication, change leadership, and consensus-building in complex environments.
