Senior Vice President of Global Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Operations to lead a complex, international manufacturing and supply chain organization. The role oversees end-to-end operations across multiple facilities, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies for growth and scalability, improving safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost, and leading planning and inventory optimization. The executive will also align operational capabilities with commercial objectives and assess opportunities in automation, capacity, investment, and strategic growth. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management, including success leading multi-site operations with international facilities. Broad expertise across manufacturing, sourcing, planning, procurement, logistics, and customer fulfillment is required, along with strong business and financial acumen. The role calls for a record of operational improvement and organizational transformation, as well as executive-level partnership with senior leadership. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence is preferred.
