The Company is in need of an Interim CFO to provide hands-on leadership during a critical post-acquisition transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing the accounting and finance environment, leading the transition to accrual accounting, and strengthening accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. This role requires a finance executive with a strong background in construction, contracting, or project-based accounting, and experience in supporting private equity-backed or entrepreneurial businesses. The Interim CFO will also be tasked with developing reliable cash flow forecasting, preparing various financial reporting packages, and partnering with operational leadership to support post-acquisition integration efforts. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have prior experience as a CFO or Interim CFO with significant leadership responsibilities. Expertise in cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvement is essential, as is the ability to operate as a highly hands-on finance leader. A CPA is strongly preferred.
