The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization's development. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating market needs, production capacity, and product availability to ensure the company can meet customer demands both domestically and internationally. This role involves leading the production chain in close collaboration with sales and marketing, translating customer forecasts into realistic production and delivery plans, and overseeing the entire process from procurement to distribution. The COO will also be tasked with improving workflow, capacity, and staffing, as well as enhancing demand planning and inventory management to reduce waste and stockholding. The ideal COO for the company will have a business-oriented approach with a strong industrial understanding, capable of creating value at the intersection of sales and production. A background in relevant higher education or extensive leadership experience in commercial industrial operations, production, or supply chain is essential. The role requires a leader with a holistic view of the business, the ability to make strategic decisions, and a proven track record in leading and developing teams. The COO will be expected to ensure responsible operations in areas such as HSE, animal welfare, quality, and compliance, and to represent the company professionally in all interactions.
