Head of Corporate Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Controlling to lead group-wide financial management and reporting. The role includes managing and developing a small, experienced team, modernizing controlling processes, and partnering with management and operational units. Responsibilities include overseeing reporting across profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, and key performance indicators; ensuring timely month-end close and reliable data; and presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The successful candidate will also drive reporting automation and digitalization, contribute to ERP implementation, develop KPI and control systems, and provide financial support for M&A projects. Candidates should have a business administration degree and substantial experience in international corporate or group controlling. Strong expertise in group reporting, consolidation, monthly financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting is required, along with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear recommendations. Experience with ERP and business intelligence tools, process automation, system implementation, and M&A is valuable. Leadership experience and the ability to guide teams through change are preferred, as are initiative, pragmatic problem-solving, and effective communication in German and English.
