Associate Vice President, Investment Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Investment Operations to lead and develop an operations reconciliations team. The role will establish and oversee processes and controls for bank reconciliations, position and cash breaks, internal transfers, and private credit workflows. The successful candidate will coordinate with investment accounting to ensure transactions, positions, and cash activity are recorded accurately and completely. They will also help improve workflows and controls across investment operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and direct experience managing reconciliations, cash movements, and control frameworks in a regulated investment environment, or managing treasury functions at a financial institution. Strong knowledge of investment operations, cash, and reconciliations is required. The role calls for a hands-on leader who can build processes, guide a team, and contribute to workflow improvements, including the potential use of automation.
