Head of Healthcare

The Company is seeking a Head of Healthcare to lead strategic health management initiatives across a regional operation. Responsibilities include developing health policies and practices with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance, and overseeing occupational health, medical response, and employee wellness programs. The role also manages healthcare providers and service agreements, advises on medical insurance, and promotes initiatives in mental health and hygiene. The successful candidate will assess programs across varied work sites, represent health management in leadership and governance forums, and drive transparent reporting and continuous improvement. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with an occupational health certification and more than 10 years of relevant healthcare experience. Corporate experience, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations are required. The role calls for strategic thinking, leadership, governance expertise, and the ability to combine hands-on operational management with initiative and innovation. Digital proficiency for communication and reporting is also expected.
