Senior Vice President, Market Leader

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Market Leader to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment across its employee benefits and property and casualty practices. The role leads market-level growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and retention, while overseeing financial performance, profitability, and forecasting. Responsibilities include developing senior leaders, recruiting and retaining talent, strengthening client and community relationships, and improving operational efficiency. The leader also supports the integration of acquired businesses and builds scalable, client-focused solutions. Candidates should bring at least 15 years of successful agency management or senior leadership experience; insurance industry experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The role calls for in-depth insurance knowledge, experience managing multiple profit-and-loss areas, and a record of growing businesses and developing leaders. Strong communication, relationship-building, influence, and talent-development skills are essential. Current life and health and property and casualty insurance licenses are preferred.
