Head of Talent & Capability Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent and Capability Development to lead strategic workforce planning and the development of future skills and leadership capabilities. Working with business units and expert teams, the role will anticipate workforce needs and embed planning into business decisions and operations. Responsibilities include developing recruitment, onboarding, and consistent operating models; strengthening leadership and capability development; and leading an expert team with a coaching approach. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and supervisors to turn changing business needs into practical, measurable solutions. Candidates should bring experience in strategic workforce planning, forecasting capability needs, and building future organizational capabilities. Strong experience in expert recruitment, professional development, leadership development, and coaching specialist teams is required, ideally in an international, multidisciplinary environment. The role calls for strong business understanding, influencing skills, ownership, and the ability to translate plans into action and results. Curiosity about customer needs, technology, artificial intelligence, and the changing world of work is important, along with the responsible use of technology and automation. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
