Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with senior leadership in running and scaling the firm. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, governance, people, and processes, while driving continuous improvement and supporting long-term growth. Key responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, establishing clear ownership and accountability, proactively solving complex problems, and ensuring initiatives are completed. The role will also lead an AI transformation by redesigning workflows, improving productivity and decision-making, and helping the team build the skills and mindset to work effectively with AI. Candidates should bring 10–20 years of relevant experience, with a background in a startup environment considered an advantage. The role calls for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and guide organization-wide change. Native-level English is preferred, and strong English communication skills are required.
