Chief Operating Officer (COO), Asset Management

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the firm's expansion and growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the mid-back office function, supporting the execution of the fund's strategy, and developing and driving the firm's culture. A key responsibility for the COO will be to lead the organization towards becoming more AI-native, requiring a strong vision of how AI can be integrated into business operations. The role demands a professional with a strong track record in scaling and building high-performing organizations, and prior experience in a COO, Chief of Staff, or General Manager position. While financial services experience is ideal, it is not mandatory, and the company is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven ability to lead and drive change, particularly in the context of AI implementation. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a requirement for this role.
