Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking, Mainland Corporates Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking to deepen client relationships and grow business with Chinese state-owned and privately owned enterprises. Responsibilities include developing the client portfolio, structuring and negotiating credit facilities, preparing credit proposals and documentation, and assessing and monitoring credit quality and risk. The role also focuses on expanding the customer base, marketing non-lending financial services, and managing operational risks. The successful candidate may also supervise and coach relationship staff in business development and credit capabilities. Candidates should hold a university degree in business, banking, finance, or a related discipline, and have a proven track record covering Chinese corporate clients. Strong credit analysis skills and broad knowledge of commercial banking services are required. Securities and insurance licenses are strongly preferred, while relevant professional banking qualifications are an advantage. Applicants should demonstrate strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership, and a customer-focused approach, with proficiency in English and Chinese; native-level Mandarin and fluent Cantonese are preferred.
