Vice President, Contract Manager, Global Payments Solutions Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Contract Manager to handle complex client contracting matters, primarily across the APAC region, with potential global responsibilities. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering high-value agreements while balancing client requirements with contractual risk, internal standards, and legal and compliance obligations. The successful candidate will coordinate with business, sales, product, operations, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues and support timely contract execution. Responsibilities also include advising on contractual risks, developing strategies for complex negotiations, and guiding colleagues on policies, documentation standards, and contracting procedures. Candidates should have an undergraduate or graduate degree; legal, paralegal, or technical contract training, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, project management, and organizational skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese. Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or a commercial or corporate law firm is expected, with legal experience in contract drafting and risk assessment an advantage. Applicants should understand corporate legal structures and be familiar with transaction banking products and the regulatory and ethical requirements applicable to banking.
