Vice President, UHNW Banker Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, UHNW Banker to build and deepen long-term client relationships and deliver a distinctive wealth management experience. The role involves partnering with investment specialists to develop tailored investment and wealth solutions, advising clients on market developments and portfolio opportunities, and identifying new business needs. Responsibilities also include managing client onboarding and ongoing relationships, coordinating meetings and transactions, and ensuring suitability and KYC requirements are met. The banker will support commercial growth through networking, cross-selling, and holistic family wealth solutions while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least seven years of wealth management experience, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, executive presence, organizational discipline, integrity, and risk awareness are required. Applicants should be collaborative and able to work effectively across business functions and with senior leaders. Experience managing client relationships in a wealth management setting, investment advisory knowledge, and familiarity with private banking regulatory and control requirements are preferred.
