Vice President of Production

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Production to oversee and lead its offshore manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple offshore garment factories, with a strong focus on driving performance in quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and compliance. This role also involves strengthening manufacturing efficiency through the implementation of lean initiatives and process improvements, as well as partnering with factory leadership teams to enhance operational excellence and workforce capability. A key aspect of the position is to support strategic customers, particularly in the Japan market, and to travel regularly to overseas production sites to ensure performance and continuous improvement. To be considered for this role, candidates must have extensive leadership experience in large-scale garment manufacturing, a proven track record in managing sizeable factories and multi-country production operations, and solid expertise in woven garments. Experience in overseeing offshore factories, particularly in Southeast Asia, and fluency in English and Chinese are also essential. The role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in the Japan market, who is willing to travel frequently to drive the company's production performance and maintain its competitive edge in the global apparel manufacturing industry.
