The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical strategy and patient care delivery in a challenging international healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive clinical leadership, medical oversight, and quality performance across a multidisciplinary healthcare operation. This role requires a hands-on approach, guiding and supporting experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing teams, behavioral health professionals, and allied healthcare staff in the delivery of primary care, urgent care, and emergency response services. The Chief Medical Officer will also work closely with operational leadership to enhance patient safety, continuity of care, and clinical standards. Applicants must have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, with Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, and an active, unrestricted U.S. physician license. A minimum of 5 years of recent physician leadership and clinical experience, including direct patient care within the past year, is essential. The role demands a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport, capable of obtaining and maintaining MRPT security clearance. Preferred qualifications include experience in leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams, particularly in complex clinical environments, and a background in military, government, or international healthcare operations. The Chief Medical Officer will be instrumental in guiding clinical quality initiatives, health promotion efforts, and evidence-based care practices, while also being involved in patient assessment, stabilization, and urgent clinical decision-making.
